Type of Processing

  • All samples that require Quality Check will be checked on Nanodrop for concentration and Agilent Bioanalyzer for quality.
  • All samples will have a quality check before arrayed, please give us 3ul of samples in a seperate set of tubes for quality analysis. For submission of samples that will be arrayed, please submit at least 10 micrograms of total RNA (that has been resuspended in WATER ONLY) in a volume NO GREATER than 11 microliters.
